Ready for Your Academic Future?

Updated: Jan 27

With determination and vision, MINA led the way to a broader educational horizon during the "Equipped for Higher Education" conference, presented with great enthusiasm on November 12 during ExpoFE USA 2023.

Dr. Paul Esqueda, Professor Emeritus at Penn State University and special guest of MINA, provided details on the admission process and financial aid offered by Penn State University. Josefina Gómez, co-founder and vice president of Minorities Allied Lenders (MINA), and Jerry Berrios Trinidad, representing Citizens Bank, shared alternative federal financial assistance, as well as banking products and services for university students.

This conference addressed crucial topics for the Hispanic community in South Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, especially for those who dream of attending college but face uncertainty about how to start and the need for financial support. For aspiring students seeking detailed information and personalized guidance, we have good news: MINA will provide the guidance needed for the success of admission processes and financial support for university studies.
