MINA is proud to have been part of the distinguished 11th Annual Gala of the New Jersey Hispanic Leadership Association (NJHLA). This event honored the outstanding achievements and contributions of Hispanic leaders across New Jersey, providing a unique platform to recognize their positive impact on the community and strengthen the bonds that drive growth and unity.
The evening featured an inspiring keynote address by Jacquelyn A. Suárez from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, who highlighted the resilience, vision, and leadership spirit that define the Hispanic community. Attendees experienced deeply moving moments as they listened to powerful stories of dedication and commitment, showcasing the transformative impact of community leadership.

A highlight of the gala was the presentation of scholarships to outstanding students, reinforcing NJHLA’s mission to empower the next generation of leaders and promote access to education within the community.
Beyond the awards and recognitions, the night was filled with unforgettable experiences, including a gourmet dinner, live entertainment, and interactive surprises such as a red carpet and a 360° photo booth. MINA’s leadership expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the invitation and had the opportunity to volunteer at this meaningful event, reaffirming their commitment to continuing their collaboration with NJHLA to foster community progress and empowerment.
