A Step Towards Business Growth: SBA Certification Workshop

MINA successfully hosted its second certification workshop in collaboration with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). This virtual event was presented by Janett M. Peralta, SBA Business Opportunity Specialist, who provided a detailed explanation of the key steps businesses need to take to stay organized and aligned with their certification goals.
During this session, small business owners from South Jersey and surrounding areas gained essential tools to advance on their path to business growth.
Participants explored the certifications required to sell to the Federal Government and the essential requirements to compete for government contracts. The session covered critical topics such as proposal writing, positioning strategies, and alternative approaches to achieving their business goals.
This valuable information helped attendees understand how to strengthen their businesses and access new opportunities in the government contracting market. The workshop also provided an interactive space for entrepreneurs to ask questions and receive practical guidance.
