MINA Inaugurates 2024 Conference Series: Promoting Economic Opportunities for the Hispanic Community in South New Jersey

MINA is proud to announce the successful start of its conference series for the year 2024 with the event "Dominicanos en USA: Éxitos, Oportunidades y Comercio Bilateral", designed with the aim of contributing to the economic development of South New Jersey and surrounding areas. This conference, conducted in Spanish with English translation, was conceived to serve the Hispanic community residing in this area of the country.


The event was attended by distinguished government officials, entrepreneurs, and MINA clients, who benefited from valuable discussions on the opening of Banreservas representation agencies in New York and Miami, as well as innovative perspectives on foreign trade. Attendees praised the educational and motivational experience offered by the event.


The panel discussion was led by Miguel Cohn, Head of Commerce & Investment Affairs at the Consulate of the Dominican Republic in New York, and Hernán Mayol, Director of Banreservas US. Additionally, there was participation from authorities of the City of Camden Government, representatives from the Small Business Administration (SBA), consular representatives, and the support of multinational organizations, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs from NJ, PA, and NY, all committed to the socioeconomic strengthening of Camden City, NJ.


The MINA team and collaborators demonstrated their tireless effort, dedication, and pledge to ensure professional excellence in every detail of the event. It is important to highlight that proposals and agreements were generated with MINA to organize similar conferences for government and private entities, thus setting an even higher standard for future events deserved by the community.

MINA reaffirms its commitment to continue collaborating in future initiatives and to drive change and innovation in our respective sectors to consolidate the CAMDEN4ALL movement that entails local and international promotion to attract investors to South New Jersey.
